WeList is a directory of hotels, restaurants and hospitals. We verify listings to the best of our ability but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information on the site.

3. Business listings

Business owners may claim and manage their listing by making a one-time payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your page. WeList may remove any listing that is fraudulent, misleading or violates these terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By purchasing a listing, you agree to pay the stated one-time fee. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or bulk-download content, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
